I wish we didn’t have to leave even 1 star Very disappointed with the experience we had today. Our family has ordered from this pizza place at least once a week and has relied on them for many of our family gatherings. Unfortunately, after the customer service we received tonight, that will no longer be the case. I ordered an extra-large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, but instead received a cheese pizza with a black hair sitting on the crust. When I called to request a replacement, I was not asking for a refund simply the pizza I originally ordered, made correctly and without a hair in it. Instead of addressing the issue, the older gentleman on the phone insisted that he personally handled the pizza and claimed there was no hair on it. Then another employee got on the phone and incorrectly stated that I had only ordered a cheese pizza. That was not the order I placed. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What is disappointing is the way the situation was handled. A loyal customer should not be met with denial and accusations when bringing a legitimate concern to your attention. Honestly, this is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten in my life. It was the first time I’d ever seen the cheese stretch like that off a slice, I was absolutely shocked. I originally ordered the pizza to go, but after walking around the place, I realized how comfortable it was and decided to stay and eat inside. 5 stars, if I could give 10, I would.

Best pizza!!! The pizza is very flavorful and the crust is perfect. Order came out fast. We loved both the supreme and maui wowwi. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Would come back again!

The food is amazing idk why people are saying the guy was rude but the place was very clean, friendly atmosphere and clean restrooms. The wait was not long at all. Only 10 minutes and I changed from dine in the take out no problem. The food is solid and very delicious. Fast service and excellent overall experience. I'm a very hard man to impress. The flakeyness if the bread and the sweet warm crunch with the chopped meat onions and cheese it was amazing. I suggest this if your not in a pizza mood I paid 12$ and it's worth it

I used to love this place and go here all the time but that was almost 6 years ago. I went here last week and unfortunately I don't think this place fully survived covid. They had to shrink their building footprints and they got rid of all the classic pizza place stuff that made it so charming to go to. It took out all the arcade games and all the extra space that they had towards the South wall. they took out that soda fountain and didn't even have water available unless you bought a bottle. I was under the impression that if you had a dine in restaurant and you ordered food they had to offer you complimentary water which last time I checked was state law. I used to always love getting the Stromboli here but that too seems to not be as good as it used to be. I still enjoyed it but it left me wanting the old way . The sauce kind of reminded me of spaghettiOs lol. I'll probably still come back here someday. I hope it'll go back to its Glory Days.
